Safeguard (Fenbendazole 22.2%) canine dewormer is for the treatment and control of Roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina), Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala), Tapeworms (Taenia pisiformis), and Whipworms (Trichuris vulpis).

Usage

• Safe for all dogs 6 weeks and older, including pregnant dogs

Directions

• Use a combination of packets to provide the recommended dose.
• Calculate daily dose based on weight
  • Example: 60 lb. dog daily dose is 3 - 2 gm packets.
• Mix the daily dose with a small amount of your dog’s usual food. Your dog should eat all of the medicated food. If feeding dry dog food, it may need to be moistened to aid mixing
• Repeat the daily dose for 3 days in a row
  • In the 60 lb. dog example this means you would need a total of 9 - 2 gm packets (3 boxes)
