Your Satisfaction Guarantee

At American Farm and Home we take pride in providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.


Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and any included documentation.
  • Some products are non-returnable or have special restrictions — see Non-Returnable Items section below.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@americanfarmandhome.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).

  3. Pack the item securely (include RA# on the outside of the box) and ship it back using a trackable method. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt until your return is processed.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund or exchange as requested.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Exchanges (for the same item in a different size, or a different item of equal value) can be requested by specifying the desired replacement in your initial return request.
  • Shipping charges (including free shipping incentives) may affect refund amounts — see Shipping & Returns Impact below.

Shipping & Returns Impact

  • If you received free shipping (e.g., on orders over $79) and return the product, the value of the shipping benefit may be deducted from your refund if the remaining returned order value falls below the free-shipping threshold.
  • The cost to return the item is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return results from our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped).
  • For items shipped via freight or oversized delivery, the original freight cost plus any return freight may be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable & Restricted Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Opened or used vaccines, medications, or other temperature-sensitive biological products.
  • For food safety and product integrity reasons, items such as feed, treats, supplements, electrolytes, oral medications, oral paste dewormers, and other consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Special order or custom products, unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Items that have been misused, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Products beyond the 30-day return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide your order number, photo of the item, and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you.
