Where to Check Tracking

If you misplaced your email or want to check tracking again, you can:

  2. Look for the subject line “Your Order Has Shipped”
  3. Click the tracking link inside the email

If You Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder
  • Make sure the email used at checkout is spelled correctly
