Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirms that your order was successfully received and is being prepared for shipment.
Shipping Confirmation + Tracking
Once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.
This email includes:
- Your tracking number
- The shipping carrier
- A direct link to track your package in real-time
You can click the tracking link at any time to see the most up-to-date delivery status.
Where to Check Tracking
If you misplaced your email or want to check tracking again, you can:
- Search your inbox for “American Farm and Home”
- Look for the subject line “Your Order Has Shipped”
- Click the tracking link inside the email
If You Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within the expected timeframe:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder
- Make sure the email used at checkout is spelled correctly
- Contact our support team at info@americanfarmandhome.com and we’ll resend your tracking information
