What Is Subscribe & Save?

Our Subscribe & Save program makes it easy to receive the products you love on a regular schedule—without the hassle of reordering every time. You choose the products, set your preferred delivery frequency, and enjoy automatic shipments with exclusive savings.

There’s no membership fee, and you can manage everything directly from your American Farm & Home account.

How to Get Started

  1. Find a product that offers Subscribe & Save on our website.
  2. Select “Subscribe & Save” and choose your preferred delivery frequency (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly, or quarterly).
  3. Add the item to your cart and check out as usual.
  4. Once your order is placed, your subscription will appear in your account dashboard, where you can view and manage all active subscriptions.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage every aspect of your subscription from your account by simply clicking the "Manage Subscription" button in the top right corner. From there, you can:

  • View all active subscriptions
  • Pause, reschedule, or cancel a subscription anytime
  • Change order frequency (e.g., monthly to quarterly)
  • Update shipping or payment information
  • Add or remove items from a subscription
  • Combine multiple Subscribe & Save items to save on shipping

Each active subscription shows your:

  • Subscription number
  • Current billing cycle
  • Next scheduled shipment date
  • Shipping and payment details
  • Past and upcoming orders (up to 5 months ahead)

Shipping & Freight Policy for Subscribe & Save

Our regular shipping policy applies to all Subscribe & Save orders:

  • Orders $79 and above ship free.
  • Orders below $79 incur a $8.99 freight charge.
  • All subscriptions ship via economy ground service.

Important:

  • If your initial order total (including non-subscription items) is over $79, it qualifies for free shipping.
  • However, future recurring subscription orders are calculated separately.

    If a recurring order total is under $79, it will be charged the standard $8.99 freight fee.
    You can avoid shipping charges by adding more Subscribe & Save items to bring your active subscription total to $79 or more.

Tip:
Group products with the same delivery frequency (e.g., monthly, bi-weekly, quarterly) into one subscription to help ensure you meet the free freight minimum every time.

Returns

All Subscribe & Save purchases follow our standard Return Policy.

Billing Information

  • Your card will be charged the day your subscription order ships.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Product Eligibility

Not all items are eligible for Subscribe & Save. Heavy freight items or products marked “freight on buyer” do not qualify. Eligible items will display the Subscribe & Save option on their product page.

Subscription Policy

Effective Date: 11-1-25

1. Introduction

This Subscription Policy applies to all subscription-based services or products offered by American Farm & Home (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website at americanfarmandhome.com.
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Offer Description

  • We may offer one or more subscription plans for physical goods and/or services (for example: recurring delivery of pet supplies, farm supplies, or other recurring product shipments).

  • Each subscription plan will clearly indicate:

    • The subscription cost (the periodic payment amount, in USD).

    • The frequency/period of payment (e.g., “monthly”, “quarterly”, “annually”).

    • Any additional required non-governmental fees (if applicable).

    • Whether there is any promotional or introductory period (and the regular subscription cost that will apply thereafter).

  • On the subscription landing page, we will clearly display the price, currency, and duration of each payment period in a way that matches what is submitted to Google Merchant Center (where applicable) and is clearly visible to customers.

3. Billing & Payment

  • Payments will recur automatically at the specified interval (e.g., every month, every year) until cancelled, unless otherwise stated.

  • By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method automatically for each subscription period.

  • Any changes to the payment method must be made via your account or by contacting our support team.

  • If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion, after providing notice to you.

4. Renewal & Cancellation

  • Unless otherwise specified, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term at the then-current subscription cost.

  • We will clearly disclose at signup whether your subscription requires ongoing renewal or is for a fixed term (for example “12-month term, then auto-renew every 12 months”).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer service. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

  • Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for subsequent periods, but you will retain access to the subscription (or shipments) through the remaining paid period.

  • If we change the subscription cost or terms, we will provide notice of the change in advance and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Because subscription plans are recurring by nature, refunds are handled per the terms we disclose at signup.

  • If you cancel, any remaining paid period will typically continue, but there will be no refund for unused time unless specifically stated otherwise in the plan’s description.

  • For physical goods included in a subscription that are defective or damaged, our general returns and refund policy will apply.

  • We will clearly state in the subscription plan description any special terms for returns, refunds or exchanges specific to the subscription.

6. Modifications & Termination by Us

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate any subscription plan at our discretion. If we do so, we will provide notice to you and offer you the option either to continue under revised terms or to cancel without penalty.

  • If we terminate a subscription plan for any reason other than your cancellation, any prepaid unused service period will be refunded or credited, as per the plan terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You agree to keep your account and payment information accurate and up to date.

  • You are responsible for updating your payment method and ensuring you can be billed for each period.

  • You must comply with all plan terms and applicable laws.

8. Disclosures & Compliance

  • We make our subscription terms, cost, renewal mechanism, cancellation policy, and any related fees clearly visible and understandable on the signup page.

  • We collect payment and personal data securely, use SSL/HTTPS, and do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Our website includes a clear link to our contact information (email, phone, address) and our full terms of use, privacy policy, and return/refund policy.

  • If we submit such subscription products to Google Merchant Center (for use in Shopping ads or listings), we will comply with the required attribute subscription cost and other rules (for example, submitting the correct periodic amount and period). Google Help+2Google Help+2

  • If there is an automatic renewal, we clearly notify the user prior to renewal and provide a cancellation method.

  • If a plan includes a promotional/introductory period (e.g., first month free), we clearly describe that promotion and show the non-discounted cost that will apply afterward.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement and your subscription will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA (or the state in which our business is registered).

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.

  • If any part of this Subscription Policy is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full force.
