Cancellation policy

One-Time Purchases
Most products on our website can be purchased as a standard one-time order. One-time purchases are billed only once at checkout and will not renew, repeat, or create future charges. You may update or cancel a one-time order only before it has shipped. Once an order is fulfilled and in transit, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Subscription Purchases (“Subscribe & Save”)
Select products offer a subscription-based “Subscribe & Save” option. When choosing a subscription option, you agree to recurring charges at the price and delivery frequency selected at checkout. Recurring orders will continue until you update or cancel your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription
Customers may manage their subscription at any time through the “Manage Subscription” link found on your orders page or by click the "Subscribe & Save" link at the top of your account page or by contacting us directly. You may:

  • Update your shipping address
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Modify the products in your subscription
  • Update your payment method
  • Pause your subscription

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellations made after an order has already been billed or shipped cannot be refunded. If you do not wish to receive an upcoming order, please cancel or modify the subscription at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge.

Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, you will receive an email notification. We may attempt to rebill the payment method up to three (3) times. If payment cannot be processed, the subscription may be paused until updated.

Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. If pricing changes, customers will be notified by email before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time before the scheduled charge.
